Agreement
These terms apply to the XTREMIO IPTV PLAYER app and the website xtremio.live, operated by the XTREMIO team. By using them you accept these terms.
The service
XTREMIO IPTV PLAYER is a media player. It does not provide, host or sell any channels, films or series, and it is not affiliated with any content provider. You add your own playlists from a provider of your choice, and you are responsible for having the legal right to watch what they contain.
Free trial and activation
Every TV gets a free trial of 3 days, so you can check that the app works with your playlist before paying. After the trial, the app needs an activation:
- Yearly: 12 months of use (list price 7.99 EUR);
- Lifetime: for as long as the app is offered for that TV (list price 14.99 EUR).
An activation belongs to one device, identified by the MAC address shown in the app. Prices are shown on the website and may change; a change never affects an activation already paid.
Payment
You can pay on the website through PayPal, or activate with a code bought from an authorised reseller.
Refunds
Because every TV gets a free trial first, activations are not refundable once delivered, except in these cases, where we refund in full:
- you paid twice for the same device;
- you paid, the activation was not delivered, and we could not fix it within 7 days;
- the app cannot work on your TV because of a fault on our side, and you ask within 14 days of payment.
Problems caused by your playlist provider (an expired subscription, a server that is down, missing channels) and changes of mind are not grounds for a refund. To ask for a refund, contact us with your MAC address and the PayPal transaction reference. If the consumer law of your country gives you more rights, those rights apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app or the website to access content you have no right to, not to copy, modify or reverse-engineer the app, not to attack or overload the service, and not to resell activations except through our reseller programme.
Suspension
We may block a device or an account that breaks these terms or the law, in particular after a valid complaint from a rights holder.
Availability and liability
The app and the website are provided "as is". We work to keep them available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for the playlists or services of third parties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Intellectual property
XTREMIO IPTV PLAYER, its software and its design belong to the XTREMIO team. Other names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and significant changes are announced on the website.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is registered, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
